Our story starts in 1992 when group of students of MFTI (Moscow institute of physics and techniques) have launched a company “INTELLEKTRONIKA” for PCs assembling. Later on 1993 base on that company the “INEL” LLC have been established. The head of company was Sergey Shvetz.
Time went by and INEL grown up into a company with a different subsidiaries – such as production facilities, service team, commercial and sales.
Started as a knockdown kit assembly of the PCs INEL transformed into a bedded production company with the wide range of products. INEL also performed as a reliable distributor of equipment and software of the world known vendors.
In the first five years of activity INEL managed to open seven trade branches. There total amount of the employees exceeded 100 persons.
In 1997 INEL have bought the EXCIMER trade mark.

In spite of the financial crisis in 1998 INEL successfully increased the production of PCs and their market share in Russia. In 1999 base on the distribution department the INLINE company emerged. INLINE is the global distributor of the computer equipment, spare parts and peripherals.
In 2001 base on the production division of INEL the EXCIMER company established. Since the managing company created the INEL transformed in to a Holding company.
2003 - this year is 10-years' anniversary of INEL. In this year the number of our distributors exceeded 1000! We also became an OEM distributor of Microsoft in this year 2003.

Since the 2004 the EXCIMER company started cooperation with the regional retailers in St. Petersburg, Kazan, Saratov, Volgograd and other regions of Russia. Retails are provided through the network of home appliances and computer retail stores.
Now INLINE is the fast growing and successfully developing company having new distributor contracts and providing fast and secure delivery.

The last five years for the Company is a period of a tremendous growth and development.
There are 3 successful businesses of INEL now: INLINE, EXCIMER.
The highly professional personnel team consists of 300 employees.
